We run five wheelchair-accessible vans as part of a 33-car fleet. Book one and a van is sent — your trip does not depend on a single vehicle being free.
Each van carries a passenger in their own wheelchair and seats up to six people besides, so family, a caregiver or a support worker travels in the same vehicle rather than following behind in a second car.
What we carry
- Manual and powered wheelchairs, secured with proper four-point restraints
- Mobility scooters
- Walkers, rollators and portable oxygen
- A passenger plus up to six accompanying family or support workers

- Seniors’ residences and care homes — outings, appointments, and cover when a facility bus is off the road

Help getting in and out is part of the job
Our drivers assist with loading and unloading, with mobility aids, and with groceries and bags to the door. That is the standard we expect on every call, not a favour. Tell us when you book that a wheelchair is travelling and the right vehicle is sent.

Accounts for care homes, clinics and facilities
If you book regularly, you should not be handling fares at the door. We set up monthly billed accounts for seniors’ residences, care homes, clinics and health authorities — one invoice at month end, no cash or cards changing hands on the day, and vehicles held for scheduled runs.
